AQMRC’s Jo Barnes, Enda Hayes and Jim
Longhurst have collaborated with lawyers Tom Appleby and Ben Pontin and
ecosystem services expert Mark Everard to explore the question of air as a
common good. In the paper, to be published later this year in Environmental
Science & Policy, legal, technical, social and systems approaches are
used to explorer how the ecosystem services framework might inform
management of the air.
