Tim has gone to the Philippines to participate in a workshop funded by the Asia-Europe Foundation and the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EROPA).
The workshop is part of a move to develop a pan-Asian higher education curriculum for teaching environmental governance.
Tim will be presenting aspects of AQMRC's work in relation to South Africa and Asia, as well as discussing the special role of academia within environmental governance and the current work for Herda developing higher education materials for air quality and carbon management.
The workshop is being held as part of a major conference looking at 3 core aspects of governance in Asia "Governance in a Triptych: Environment, Migration, and Peace and Order"
