The Environment and Global Changes Panel of the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology
(FCT) met in Lisbon between the 7th and 9th of November 2012. The
international expert panel, chaired by Jim Longhurst, evaluated
341 research proposals and made recommendations for funding to FCT.
